Every project begins with thoughtfully selected materials and a commitment to quality over convenience. Visible joinery, natural grain, and hand-applied finishes aren’t simply design choices, they’re reminders that each piece was crafted by hand, one at a time.

Rusty Chisel Woodworks began while I was serving as a police officer. Woodworking became more than a hobby, it became a way to create with my hands after years of serving my community. It offered a different kind of purpose: one measured not by urgency, but by patience, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

Today Rusty Chisel Woodworks represents the next chapter. Not simply a business, but a pursuit of creating handcrafted pieces that bring warmth, character, and authenticity into the places people gather most.
